Disappearances and Apologies
We meet again, few readers. I’m sorry. I abandoned this blog for a few months and never updated and I gave up on the YouTube thing and it’s been about a month since my last polyvore update – but I am honestly about to get back on track with that, I swear! Being out of routine on holidays just means I don’t think about it like I do when I have school and a regular routine, so I’m going to get back into posting something every week, starting this week or next week. I feel like I never come here anymore, and I’m sorry for that. I kind of miss it, if I’m honest. But in another way, I feel like I was almost finding myself to see the best way to share my ideas and sh*t with the Internet, and perhaps this blog wasn’t the right way. I’m not going to delete it or stop it, but it’s not like I haven’t thought about it. I think I shall, like now, come back on occasion. I don’t think, however, I’ll be posting outfits on here anymore. Designs probably, and here you’ll probably get the lowdown of anything I make, but I don’t think I have the time to be posting outfits here when it’s easier to do them in a vloggish ‘outfit of the day’ kind of way on YouTube, regardless how crappy it might be. But polyvore will eventually be back on track – I do really miss that and will most probably try and put up an outfit once I’ve done this.
Again, I’m sorry, almost more for myself. And beware, this may just become a regular boring diary-ish blog after this, and I do apologise (AGAIN) but please please please remember I loved this while it lasted and this blog wont be going anywhere anytime soon. And, if in 24 hours I reread this post and think I was an idiot for posting it, I’ll post a ‘don’t listen to my last post’, and you can forget about this somewhat depressing and reminiscent one.

1501/12 -- HAPPY NEW YEAR UPDATE-NESS.
So I’ve been on polyvore a lot recently, because I got the Half Blood Prince audiobook for Christmas, so I am spending a lot of time listening to Stephen Fry and browsing the internet (which consists mostly of tumblr), and designing stuff on polyvore. Below is a polyvore badge and a badge showing my recent sets, so yeah :)
Sorry for the lack of updates; there’s going to be an official outfit on FashionAndFlames at least once a month (a kind of new year's resolution), because typing out a whole post on here is just too much effort. I’m sorry, but it’s true. I could play the whole “teenager and GCSE’s” card, which is partly the thing, although if I am being honest, I also really don’t feel like writing up a post half the time. And speaking of YouTube, thanks to bellabeautii, my newest subscriber! Every subscriber feels like a milestone to me at the minute, because it’s not like I’m immensely popular or anything! So thank you, and if I ever become a partner, I’ll make sure to give you a massive shoutout and a present or something :)
Anyways, I’ll shut up now.

09/12/11 - Clothes Show '11
It’s been a while since I’ve updated here since FashionAndFlames started up, and I would probably have done this as a ‘haul’ video if I weren’t unwell. I went to the Clothes Show on Wednesday (with school – taking textiles has its advantages!) and I bought some awesome stuff, so I did some outfits, as always! (by the way, Dani, if you’re reading this don’t because it’ll ruin you’re Christmas/birthday present!)

Hey guys!
So I haven’t updated in a while and there is a reason for that. After some consideration of the type of videos I want to post onto my YouTube channel linked to this blog, I deleted the old channel. I felt like the content I was putting on there had to be directly related to this, as the name of both this and the channel were the same, but I wanted to be able to do quick uploads without a post on here first. So, I got rid of the old, remaking a new fashion channel called FashionAndFlames. All the videos are still fashion related just aren’t necessarily related to content on here. The videos I put up are most likely to be outfits of the day (or OOTD for short), and it was only now I realised it is a much faster and easier way of sharing these outfits with you that I would otherwise post on here. This means that if you want to keep up to date with all my fashion stuff, my new channel will be the way to go because it’s so much easier to manage.
This does not, however, mean that this blog is going to become redundant – I will still use it – it is just so much easier to post more casual outfits I want to share in video format instead. Also, it is so nice to not have to spend an hour or two making a post with all my GCSE exams to prep for.
Basically, what I’m saying is keep checking up here every so often – there might be an update – but there will be more frequent videos on my YouTube channel and therefore there is not as much use for this blog anymore.
